The labour populations are the important cog of the country. If they mistake to use drugs, it will impact to develop the economics and society of the nation. The author synthesis academic articles titled “The Principles of Create Narcotics Immunization in Labour Groups of Provincial Labour offices through The King’s Science (4 Understand, 5 Access to, 3 Develop)” which its objective is to support the working of prevention and solving narcotics of Provincial Labour Offices through the best excellently, to sustain and be suitable context with the area by inductively synthetic ability with concept of the King’s science, the complete work, comment until arise the new knowledge as its principle starts with : to learn the problem, to plan the way and do accessibly to demand in the labour, then develop them to rely on each other and integrate all of them continuously.
