The Instructional Leadership Development Guidelines for School Administrators under the Office of Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area

Abstract

            The purposes of this study were to study, describe, and find guidelines to develop instructional leadership for school administrators under the Office of Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area, using by explanatory mixed methods research, divided to Phase 1 by perspective survey to 368 samples, Phase 2 and 3 by focus group discussion and brain storming to target group consisted of 30. The finding were, 1) the instructional leadership of school administrators was at the high level both in overall and all aspects, 2) the instructional leadership of school administrator came from policies, laws, profession standards, curriculum, assessment, special needs student project, professional teacher development, and 3) instructional leadership development guidelines should set up the workshop, make a guidelines book, curriculum development, and training to school administers.
