แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการสำหรับผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุดรธานี

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา พรรณนา และหาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการสำหรับผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุดรธานี โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสานเชิงอรรถาธิบาย แบ่งเป็น ระยะที่ 1 สำรวจการรับรู้ของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 368 คน ระยะที่ 2 และ 3 สนทนากลุ่มและระดมสมองจาก กลุ่มเป้าหมาย จำนวน 30 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมากทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้าน 2) ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา เกิดจากนโยบาย กฎหมาย มาตรฐานวิชาชีพ หลักสูตร การประเมินผล โครงการสำหรับนักเรียนที่มีความต้องการพิเศษ และการพัฒนาครูมืออาชีพ และ 3) แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการสำหรับผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ควรจัดประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ ทำคู่มือแนวทาง พัฒนาหลักสูตร และจัดอบรมอย่างเข้มให้แก่ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา
