Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test the relationship between information technology and service innovation of the logistics business in Thailand. Questionnaire was utilized as a tool for data collection which included 157 businesses in Thailand. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation, multiple correlation and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that information technology implementation has a positive relationship and impact on an overall service innovation. Therefore, the logistic business executives in Thailand should focus on information technology capability, especially in the development of modern technology and staff motivation for learning which affects the service innovation the most because it is the tool in operation In resolving various problems and helping to increase operational efficiency As well as to help inspire learning in the workplace, resulting in the domestic logistics business having service innovations that can respond to the needs of users more.
