This research aims to study human capital components of production supervisors in the vehicle parts industry in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC). The samples of the research consist of 270 production supervisors in vehicle parts manufacturing in the EEC. The research instrument was a questionnaire to which the respondents provided 202 responses. The findings of the exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis conducted for this paper show that the human capital components of production supervisors can be categorized into three key components, which include 1) working capability, 2) working knowledge, and 3) working skills. The working skills component can be further divided into three subcategories: English skills, problem-solving and work coaching skills, and information technology skills. In addition, as it found that working skills ( = 0.91, R2= 0.82) comprise the most important human capital component for production supervisors. Working capability ( =0.90, R2=0.81) and working knowledge ( =0.71, R2=0.51) are second and third, respectively.
