The research project entitled as An Infographic Development of Workflow Service for Improving Hospital Service Efficiency: A Case Study of Narasuan University Hospital purposes to operate a post occupation evaluation to investigate the communicative efficiency the infographic and signage system within the outpatient area of the hospital, after the hospital has been in used for a certain period and expanded several times since opening. The research process consists of (1) surveying the existing design of all infographics and signages (2) comparative study with the best practice of signage design (3) walk-through and evaluation by design experts (4) simulation access audit by the users with different physical limitations. Finally, all the results from studies will be compiled and proposed design guidelines for improving styles and efficiency of the signage system in terms of communication, wayfinding system and enhance a better image in the future.
