An Improvement of Business Operations for Micro-Enterprises Toward Digital Thailand

The micro-enterprises development toward Digital Thailand should emphasize on Facebook distribution channel, because setting up a business page was simple. It was a suitable place for small business operations that generally had low capital in aspects of reducing cost of its operations, and engaging the potential customers anytime. Selling on Facebook, the crucial factors were relative price between products purchasing on Facebook and distribution places should be competitive lower price, and using sale promotions as core strategies in market communication. Moreover, it should reduce the lack of consumer confidence, particularly in, missing product, no exchange and return policy, problem in reality may not always match, product not delivered on time, and product loss in delivery.
