ภาวะความเป็นผู้ประกอบการเชิงคุณธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 31

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาวะความเป็นผู้ประกอบการเชิงคุณธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 31 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ สถานศึกษาในปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวน 44 โรงเรียน จากการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ปรากฏว่า ภาวะความเป็นผู้ประกอบการเชิงคุณธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาส่งผลต่อความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของสถานศึกษาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ มี 2 ด้าน คือ ด้านศักยภาพแห่งภาวะความเป็นผู้ประกอบการเชิงคุณธรรม (X3) และด้านวิสัยทัศน์สำหรับภาวะความเป็นผู้ประกอบการเชิงคุณธรรม (X2) โดยปัจจัยเหล่านี้สามารถพยากรณ์ความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของสถานศึกษาได้ ร้อยละ 47.40 และมีสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบ คือ = 1.889 + 0.376X3 + 0.206X2 และสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน คือ
