Moral Entrepreneurship of Administrators Affecting the Corporate Social Responsibility of Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area 31

Abstract

The purposes of the research were to study the moral entrepreneurship of administrators which affect the corporate social responsibility of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 31. The samples group was consisted of 44 schools of 2563 academic year. The multiple regression analysis found that the moral entrepreneurship of administrators had a statistically significant effect on the corporate social responsibility of the school. There are two aspects as followed; 1) capability for moral entrepreneurship (X3) and 2) vision on moral entrepreneurship (X2). These factors could predict 47.40% and raw score predictive equation is  = 1.889 + 0.376X3 + 0.206X2, standardized score predictive equation is  = 0.441  + 0.268 .
