Development of Computer Assisted Instruction Online with Adobe Flash to Develop Critical Thinking and Academic Achievement Skills on the Topic of Separation for Eighth Graders Students

The objectives of this research are to 1) develop computer-aided lessons online with the Adobe Flash program on substance separation for 7th grade students to be effective according to the criteria 80/80, 2) compare the analytical thinking of the 7th grade students before and after classes on substance separation, and 3) compare the academic achievements of the students before and after classes on substance separation. The target group consisted of 27 grade 7 students from one of the schools in Chaiyaphum province by purposive sampling techniques were used to make the selection. Research tools include computer-aided lessons online with the Adobe Flash- Flash program on substance separation, an analytical thinking test, and achievement test. The statics used to analyze data are mean, and standard deviation. The results showed that the performance of computer-aided lessons taught online with the Adobe Flash- Flash program on substance separation was 85.74/84.63. The analytical thinking and learning achievement, the posttest score was statistically significantly higher than pretest score at .05
