This policy research is aimed (1) to create Strategic Proposals for Development to Digital Organization in School and (2) to examine strategic Proposals for Development to Digital Organization in School. Conducting research in 2 phases. The steps are as follows: Phase 1: Synthesize documents and interview experts to create strategic proposals for developing a digital organization in educational institutions. Phase 2: To examine strategic proposals by experts. The results of creating Strategic Proposals for Development to Digital Organization in School, which consists of vision, missions, goals, objectives, strategies, and guidelines for the concept of Development to Digital Organization in School. Overall, there was the evaluation of Propriety at the highest level, in the Feasibility of being at the highest level, and in the Utility at the highest level.
