School Administrator’s Growth Mindset Affecting Professional Teacher in The 21st Century in School under Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study of the school administrator’s growth mindset under the Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 2) to study of the professional teacher in the 21st century under the Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 and 3) to study school administrator’s growth mindset affecting professional teacher in the 21st century in school under Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. This was the casual research. The samples consisted of administrators and teachers total of 335 samples by multi stage Sampling. Study tool was a questionnaire and the reliability of the questionnaire was 0.984. Using stepwise multiple regression analysis method for calculating.

Research findings were as follows; 1) Overview of school administrator’s growth mindset indicated a high level of performance. The highest performance was effort. 2) Overview of professional teacher in the 21st century indicated a high level of performance. The highest performance was inspiration 3) The school administrator’s growth mindset affects and predicts 49.10 % of the professional teacher in the 21st century with statistical significance at the .05 level. These could be formed as the regression equations of standardized score as follows; Zy = 0.25 (ZX1) + 0.18 (ZX3) + 0.16 (ZX5)) + 0.16 (ZX2)
