บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติงานของครูในสถานศึกษา 2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับทักษะภาวะผู้นำด้าน Soft Skills ของผู้บริหาร และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาทักษะภาวะผู้นำด้าน Soft Skills ของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติงานของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 1 การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นวิจัยเชิงสาเหตุ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูจำนวน 320 คน ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมีค่าความเที่ยงตรงเท่ากับ 0.978 และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติงานของครูในสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยด้านที่มีการปฏิบัติมากที่สุดคือ ด้านการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียน 2) ทักษะภาวะผู้นำด้าน Soft Skills ของผู้บริหาร โดยภาพรวมมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยด้านที่มีการปฏิบัติมากที่สุดคือ ด้านทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีมและทักษะการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตและการจัดการข้อมูล 3) ทักษะภาวะผู้นำด้าน Soft Skills ของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติงานของครูในสถานศึกษา ได้แก่ ทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีม (X3) ทักษะการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตและการจัดการข้อมูล (X6) ทักษะการสื่อสารและนำเสนอ (X1) ทักษะความเป็นมืออาชีพและจริยธรรม (X5) และทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์และการแก้ปัญหาอย่างสร้างสรรค์ (X2) สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ ประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติงานของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 1 ได้ร้อยละ 85.1 มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 โดยแสดงสมการถดถอยในรูปแบบคะแนนมาตรฐาน ดังนี้
