การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อทักษะ Soft Skills ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ของโรงเรียนที่สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ โดยการสอบถามความคิดเห็นด้วยแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ทักษะ Soft Skills ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อทักษะ Soft Skills ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา พบว่า ครูที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาและขนาดของสถานศึกษาที่ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อทักษะ Soft Skills ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่ครูที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อทักษะ Soft Skills ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
