Soft Skills of School Administrators in the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Samut Prakan

This research aimed to study the Soft Skills of School Administrator under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Samut Prakan and compare the Soft Skills of School Administrator by teacher’s perception by asking for opinions using questionnaire of soft skills of school administrators in the secondary educational service area office samut prakan It has a content validity value between 0.8 - 1.0. The confidence value by finding Cronbach's alpha coefficient is .991 Data were analyzed using ready-made programs. Statistics used in the research include frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test, and one-way analysis of variance. When the difference in means was found to be statistically significant at the .05 level, the differences in means were also compared in Scheffe's Method. The research results were found as Teacher's opinion on Soft Skills of School overall and in each aspect, were at a high level. When comparing teachers' opinions, it was found Teachers with different educational qualifications and school sizes have opinions on the soft skills of administrator overall and each aspect difference is not statistically significant at .05 Teachers with different work experiences have opinions on the soft skills of administrator overall and in each aspect were statistically significant at the .05 level.
