Factors Affecting Learning Achievement of Bachelor of Business Administration Students, Faculty of Business Administration for Society

This research aims to study the factors influencing academic achievement among undergraduate students in the Bachelor of Business Administration program at the Faculty of Business Administration for Society, Srinakharinwirot University. Data were collected from 420 students in their 1st to 4th years of the program. A questionnaire was used as the data collection too. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing through one-way analysis of variance, and multiple regression analysis. The findings indicate that the overall, Factors influencing academic achievement, including family, instructors, environment, and equipment and technology, have the greatest impact on academic success. Gender, academic year, field of study/major, and GPA significantly affect perceptions of factors influencing academic achievement at the 0.01 significance level. The factors influencing academic achievement include environment (β = 0.479), instructors (β = 0.275), learners (β = 0.251), and family (β = 0.246), collectively explaining 49.70% of the variance in academic achievement (Adjusted R² = 0.321), with statistical significance at the 0.01 level.
