The Relationship between the Visionary Leadership of Educational Administrator and the Reacher Performance under the Bangkok Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2

The purposes of this research were to 1)study the visionary leadership of the school administrators 2) study the teacher performance and 3) study the relationship between visionary leadership of school administrators and the teacher performance under The Bangkok Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2. The population used in this research consists of civil servant teachers under the Office of Secondary Education Region 2, Bangkok, totaling 5,534 people, with a sample size of 357 people. The results of this research were as follow: 1) the visionary leadership of the school administrators under The Bangkok Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2 was at a high level for all aspects. 2) the teacher performance under The Bangkok Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2 was at a high level for all aspects. 3) the relationship between visionary leadership of school administrators and the teacher performance under in relation to overall there is a high level of positive relationship and statistically significant at .01
