Abstract

The purpose of this research is 1) to analyze the basic statistical values of the current situation and the needs for promoting the professional advancement of teachers in the role of school administrators, 2) to analyze the index of necessary needs regarding the current situation and the needs for promoting the professional advancement of teachers in the role of school administrators, 3) to analyze the average level of opinions regarding the problems in promoting the professional advancement of teachers in the role of school administrators under the Secondary Education Service Area Office of Pathum Thani. The population consists of teachers in schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office of Pathum Thani, with a sample size of 322 individuals. A stratified random sampling method was used, along with simple random sampling based on the size of the educational institutions. The research instrument was a questionnaire assessing. The findings are: the basic statistical values and the index of necessary needs of the current situation and the needs for promoting the professional advancement of teachers in the role of school administrators, overall and in each aspect, at the highest level. The average level of opinions regarding the problems in promoting the professional advancement of teachers in the role of school administrators is, overall and in each aspect, at a high level.
