การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาบุคลิกภาพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) เพื่อศึกษาการทำงานเป็นทีมของครู และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคลิกภาพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครู สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ 0.967 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) บุคลิกภาพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยรวมและเป็นรายด้านอยู่ใน ระดับมากที่สุด 2) การทำงานเป็นทีมของครู สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยรวมและเป็นรายด้านอยู่ใน ระดับมากที่สุด 3) บุคลิกภาพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการทำงานเป็นทีมของครู สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานครโดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
