The Relationship between School Administrators’ Personality with Teamwork of Teachers under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration

The purposes of this research were to 1) study the personality of school administrators 2) study the teamwork of teachers and 3) study the relationship between personality of school administrators and the teamwork of teachers under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The research sample is teachers under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The reliability was 0.967. The results of this research were as follow: 1) the personality of the school administrators under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration was at a high level for all aspects. 2) the teamwork of teachers under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration was at a high level for all aspects and 3) the relationship between personality of school administrators and the teamwork of teachers under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration in relation to overall there is a high level of positive relationship and statistically significant at .01
