การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำทางเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาชลบุรี ระยอง เพื่อศึกษาการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาชลบุรี ระยอง เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำทางเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาชลบุรี ระยอง ผลการวิจัยปรากฏ ดังนี้ ภาวะผู้นำทางเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก การดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ภาวะผู้นำทางเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กับการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกอยู่ในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
