Administrator Growth Mindset Affecting Professional Learning Community in School Under Nongkhai Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) ศึกษากรอบความคิดเติบโตของผู้บริหาร 2) ศึกษาการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของสถานศึกษา 3) ศึกษากรอบความคิดเติบโตของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู สังกัดสำนักงานส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ประจำจังหวัดหนองคาย ที่ได้จากการสุ่มอย่างง่าย จำนวน 145 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้การวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.983 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กรอบความคิดเติบโตของผู้บริหารในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ซึ่งกรอบความคิดเติบโตของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพในสถานศึกษาสูงสุด คือ การสร้างแรงบันดาลใจจากความสำเร็จ ( ) ความพยายามในการเรียนรู้ ( ) การเปิดรับความท้าทายในงาน ( ) การเรียนรู้จากข้อผิดพลาด ( ) มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์พหุคูณ (r = 0.945) สามารถพยากรณ์ได้ร้อยละ 89.3 ( =0.893, p-value < .05) สามารถสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ได้ในรูปแบบคะแนนมาตรฐาน Zy = 0.279( )+0.226( )+ 0.216( )+0.189( )
