บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพพึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นของภาวะผู้นำการเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และ 2) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำการเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน แบบแผนเชิงอธิบาย กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้บริหารและครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาหนองคาย จำนวน 288 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.986 และการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 คน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านเฉลี่ยพบว่า ด้านการเรียนรู้เป็นทีมและด้านการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด และด้านการสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านเฉลี่ยพบว่าด้านการใช้นวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการเรียนรู้ มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด และด้านการเรียนรู้เป็นทีมมีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด และความต้องการจำเป็นสูงสุดที่จะต้องพัฒนาคือ ด้านการสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ (PNI_Modified = 0.186) ผู้บริหารมีความจำเป็นต้องพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำการเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหารด้านการสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ โดยให้ความสำคัญกับสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ และส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรใช้เทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมในการพัฒนาการเรียนการสอน รวมถึงเปิดโอกาสให้บุคลากรเสนอไอเดียในการปรับปรุงระบบการเรียนการสอนให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น
