Innovative Leadership in the Digital Transformation Era of School Administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office of Nonthaburi

The objectives of this research were 1) to study Innovative Leadership in the Digital Transformation Era of School Administrators and 2) to compare the Innovative Leadership in the Digital Transformation Era of School Administrators, classified by gender, age, educational level, academic rank, and experience. This was a quantitative research study with a sample of 404 participants. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The research findings revealed that: 1) Innovative Leadership in the Digital Transformation Era of School Administrators was at a high level overall. When considering each aspect, the aspect with the highest mean was recruiting for innovation and the lowest mean was managing innovation team. 2) The comparison of Innovative Leadership in the Digital Transformation Era of School Administrators classified by age and educational level showed no significant difference. When classified by gender, academic rank, and experience, there was a statistically significant difference.
