การศึกษาพฤติกรรมการลงทุนของพนักงานบริษัทเอกชน ในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย(A Study of Investment Behavior of Employees in the Stock Exchange of Thailand)

Abstract

การออมและการลงทุนมีความสำคัญต่อระบบเศรษฐกิจ ทั้งนี้รายได้เป็นปัจจัยสำคัญในการกำหนดการ ลงทุน จึงมีการลงทุนที่แตกต่างกัน นักลงทุนรายย่อยในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทยส่วนใหญ่เป็น พนักงานบริษัทเอกชน ดังนั้น การวิจัยครั้งนี้จึงมีจุดมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมในการตัดสินใจการลงทุน ของพนักงานบริษัทเอกชนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทยและศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการลงทุน ของพนักงานบริษัทเอกชนในการลงทุนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือพนักงานบริษัท จำนวน 400 ตัวอย่าง โดยการใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูลสถิติที่ใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตราฐาน และการทดสอบสมมติฐานใช้สถิติ Chi-Square ผลการวิจัย พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ เป็นเพศหญิง อายุระหว่าง 26-35 ปี มีการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มีรายได้ เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 20,001-40,000 บาทและมีประสบการณ์ด้านการลงทุนน้อยกว่า 1 ปี กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ ต้องการผลตอบแทนที่มากกว่าอัตราดอกเบี้ย และมีความประสงค์ที่ซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์โดยการเทรดเอง ซึ่งเหตุผลในการตัดสินใจซื้อหลักทรัพย์มาจากข้อมูลทางอินเตอร์เน็ต และจากการศึกษาครั้งนี้พบกลุ่ม ตัวอย่างให้ระดับความสำคัญกับแหล่งข้อมูลข่าวสาร ปัจจัยพื้นฐาน ภาวะเศรษฐกิจ ภาวะการเมือง ความเสี่ยง และผลตอบแทนเป็นอย่างมาก

Saving and Investment are the important fundamentals of the economic system. The income is considered as one of a key factors to determine investment level. Most oftoday investorsin the Stock Exchange of Thailand are private company employees. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to studybehaviorof employees in private companies towards decision making for investment in Thailand’s stock market. The research was also conducted to examine factors influencing such behaviors among the target groups. 400 employees working in private companies represented samples of the research while a form of questionnaire was used to collect data. Data analysis was performed by statistical methods of percentage, mean and standard deviation. Lastly, a hypothesis test was carried out using Chi-square. The findings revealed that majority of the subjects were female aged between 26 and 35 years old, with Bachelor’s degrees. Their monthly income ranged from 20,001 to 40,000 Baht, on average. Considering from short-term experience of less than one year, their investment skill was low. Most of them expected a return on investments at higher rate than what interest rate offers for savings. They tended to prefer self-trade and their decisions relied on information available online. According to the research, the subjects highly valued their information sources, business fundamental, economic conditions, politics, risks and return expected from their investment.
