บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงทดลองโดย มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนาหน่วยการเรียนรู้ เรื่อง มหัศจรรย์แห่งกล้วยนวล กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2557 โรงเรียนบ้านกง (ประชานุกูล) สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ขอนแก่น เขต 5 จำนวน 2 ห้องเรียน เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วย แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ เรื่องมหัศจรรย์แห่งกล้วยนวล จำนวน 6 แผน แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง แบบประเมินทักษะการประดิษฐ์ แบบประเมินคุณลักษณะที่ดีในการทำงาน  และแบบทดสอบหลังเรียน ขั้นตอนการพัฒนาหน่วยการเรียนรู้ เรื่อง มหัศจรรย์แห่งกล้วยนวล แบ่งเป็น 3 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) ศึกษาความต้องการของบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง 2) พัฒนาหน่วยการเรียนรู้ และ 3) ทดลองใช้หน่วยการเรียนรู้ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและค่าร้อยละ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) บุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมดเห็นความสำคัญและจำเป็นในการนำทรัพยากรในท้องถิ่นมาจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน  โดยส่วนใหญ่เห็นว่าควรจัดทำหน่วยการเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับกล้วยนวลสำหรับนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านกง (ประชานุกูล) 2) หน่วยการเรียนรู้  เรื่องมหัศจรรย์แห่งกล้วยนวล ที่พัฒนาขึ้น  ประกอบด้วย ชื่อหน่วยการเรียนรู้ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ ระดับชั้น หลักการ จุดมุ่งหมาย และแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่จัดการเรียนรู้แบบเน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ ให้นักเรียนได้ลงมือปฏิบัติจริงเป็นกลุ่มตามขั้นตอน 7 ขั้นของกระบวนการเทคโนโลยี และใช้การประเมินผลตามสภาพจริง 3) ผลการทดลองใช้หน่วยการเรียนรู้ เรื่อง มหัศจรรย์แห่งกล้วยนวล มีดังนี้ 3.1) คะแนนทักษะการประดิษฐ์ของใช้ของเล่นหรือของตกแต่งจากกล้วยนวลของนักเรียนในภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ย 2.72 ผ่านเกณฑ์ในระดับดี 3.2) คะแนนคุณลักษณะที่ดีในการทำงานของนักเรียนในภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ย 8.63 ผ่านเกณฑ์ในระดับดี 3.3) คะแนนผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนเฉลี่ยของนักเรียนจากการเรียนด้วยหน่วยการเรียนรู้ เรื่องมหัศจรรย์แห่งกล้วยนวลมีค่าร้อยละ 92.59 ผ่านเกณฑ์ในระดับดี

ABSTRACT

The objectives of this research were to 1) to develop the learning unit entitled “Miracle of The Banana”. The target group for this research is 2 classrooms of  Mathayomsuksa 1 students, who enrolled in the second semester of the 2014 academic year in Ban Kong (Prachanukul) school under the Office of Khon Kaen Educational Area 5. The instrument used in the study consisted: 6 of learning plans in the entitled “Miracle of The Banana”, questionnaire form for asking group of participant, a form for assessing the invention skill, a form for assessing the student’s good feature in collaboration with others, a form of achievement test. The process of Learning Unit Entitled “Miracle of The Banana” data separated into 3 phases: 1) study needs of related persons. 2) developing these learning unit and 3) test of learning unit. Data were analyzed using such statistic as means, standard deviations and percentage. The findings of the study reveal the following; 1) All of related persons have seen the importance and necessary of local resources application in teaching activities. They agreed with that the school will create a learning unit about bananas for Ban Kong (Prachanukul) students. 2) Development of learning unit consists of learning unit title, learning cluster, rationale, level, aims and learning plans that focus on student learning. Students will get real practice in 7 steps of process technology. Then, using the learning unit assessment in the real situation. 3) The use of the learning unit in title of “Miracle of Banana” for Mathayomsuksa1 students showed the following; 3.1) The score of creation skill is 2.72, which passes the set criteria at toys or decorative from banana and passes in good criteria. 3.2) The average score of the good feature is 8.63 and passes in good criteria. 3.3) The average student’s achievement score from the group of  student learning  in the  learning unit “ Miracle of Banana” is 92.59 percent and passes in good criteria.
