ผลการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เรื่อง การประดิษฐ์พานบายศรีปากชามประยุกต์ โดยใช้รูปแบบการสอนทักษะปฏิบัติ ของเดวีส์ สำหรับนักเรียน ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 โรงเรียนหนองเรือวิทยา (Results of Using Devies Instruction Model on Advance Creating Paan Bai Sri Paak Chaam

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ เรื่อง  การประดิษฐ์พานบายศรีปากชามประยุกต์  โดยใช้รูปแบบการสอนทักษะปฏิบัติของเดวีส์  ในด้าน 1) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน 2) ทักษะการประดิษฐ์พานบายศรีปากชามประยุกต์  และ 3) คุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์  กลุ่มเป้าหมายเป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ที่เลือกเรียนในรายวิชา งานประดิษฐ์ดอกไม้ใบตอง รหัสวิชา ง 22203 โรงเรียนหนองเรือวิทยา อำเภอหนองเรือ จังหวัดขอนแก่น   สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 25  ภาคเรียนที่  2  ปีการศึกษา  2557  จำนวน 40 คน โดยใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียน (Classroom Action Research)  เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย  คือ 1) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลองปฏิบัติ ได้แก่แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ทักษะปฏิบัติของเดวีส์ จำนวน 8 แผน  2) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการสะท้อนผลการปฏิบัติ ได้แก่  แบบฝึกหัด  แบบทดสอบท้ายวงจรจำนวน 3ชุด  แบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมการเรียน  แบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมการสอน และแบบสัมภาษณ์นักเรียน และ 3) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการประเมินประสิทธิภาพของการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ ได้แก่ แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน จำนวน 40ข้อ แบบประเมินทักษะการปฏิบัติงานและแบบประเมินคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์  วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพื้นฐาน  ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน  ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) นักเรียนมีคะแนนผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 86.31และมีจำนวนนักเรียนผ่านเกณฑ์ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 85.00  ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่ตั้งไว้ (80/80) 2) นักเรียนมีคะแนนทักษะในการประดิษฐ์พานบายศรีปากชามประยุกต์ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดี ( =2.52) และค่าเฉลี่ยในแต่ละวงจรปฏิบัติการเพิ่มขึ้นตามลำดับ ( =  2.29, 2.51, 2.60) 3) นักเรียนมีคะแนนคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับดี ( =2.54) และค่าเฉลี่ยแต่ละวงจรปฏิบัติการเพิ่มขึ้นตามลำดับ ( = 2.48, 2.53, 2.60)

ABSTRACT

The research was aimed to study the results of using Devies Instruction Model on advance creating Paan Bai Sri Paak Chaam in the aspects of 1) learning achievement of students 2) creating PaanBai Sri Paak Chaam performance skill and3) desired characteristics. The target group was 40 Muttayomsuksa II students who enrolled in Flowers and Banana Leaves Course, second semester, academic year 2014, Nongruawittaya School, the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 25. Data were collected by using Classroom Action Research. The research instruments were used in the study were: 1) the instruments used in practical experiments, including 8 lesson plans based on Davies’ skills practice; 2) reflection instruments which included the exercises, three tests for each cycle, a student’s learning behavior observation form, a teacher’s teaching behavior observation form, a teacher’s teaching behavior observation form, and students’ interview form; and 3) the instruments for evaluating efficiency of learning activity management including the 40 items of the achievement test, performance skill evaluation form, and  desired characteristic evaluation form, The statistics used in the study were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The findings were as follows:1. The average of student achievement scores was 86.31 percent, and the  number of student who passed the criteria representing 85 percent which was higher than the set criteria. (80/80)2. The overall performance skills of students in creating Paan Bai Sri Paak Chaam was at a good level ( = 2.52) and the means in each operating cycle were increased respectively ( 2.29, 2.51, 2.60).3. The overall desirable   characteristic score of the students was at a good level ( = 2.54) and the  means  in  each cycle  was  increased  respectively ( =2.48, 2.53, 2.60).
