ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ในสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรมของนิสิตปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตบางเขน
Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และระดับทักษะชีวิต การเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง ทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีม และคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ในสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรมของนิสิตปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ บางเขน 2) เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ทักษะชีวิต การเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง และทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีม ที่มีต่อคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ในสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรมของนิสิต และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทำนายคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ในสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรมของนิสิต กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นนิสิตชั้นปีที่ 1 - 4 จำนวน 602 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ สถิติที่ใช้คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) นิสิตมีทักษะชีวิต การเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง ทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีม และคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ในสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรมโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง และ 2) ทักษะชีวิตด้านการมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ ทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีมด้านการมีเป้าหมายร่วมกัน และด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงาน การเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองด้านการมีอำนาจในตน ความสามารถพิเศษด้านมิติสัมพันธ์กับสิ่งอื่นๆและติดต่อสัมพันธ์ มีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ในสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรมโดยรวมของนิสิตอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 และสามารถอธิบายได้ร้อยละ 42.5 (R2 = .425)
The objectives of this study were the following: 1) to study the personal factors, life skills, and the level of self esteem, teamwork skills, and desirable characters for multicultural society of students at Kasetsart University, Bangkhen Campus, 2) to study the influence of personal factors, life skills, self esteem, teamwork skills on the desirable characters for multicultural society of students, and 3) to study predictive factors of desirable characters for multicultural society of students. The data were collected from 602 bachelor students by using questionnaires. The data were analyzed by using statistical methods; percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis with stepwise method. The results were as following: firstly, the level of life skills, self esteem, teamwork skills, and desirable characters for multicultural society were at the high level. Secondly, results from multiple regression analysis with stepwise method indicated that factors including the life skills in interactive dimension, the teamwork skills in shared goal dimension, and the participation dimension, the self esteem in power dimension, the talent of spatial relationships and interactions dimension, had positively influenced on the desirable characters for multicultural society of students with the statistical significance at the level of .001, and those of factors could explain it at 42.5 percents (R2 = .425).
