Abstract

This article presents general concepts of museums and exhibitions. The comparative detail of exhibition working, including media, services, public relations, budgets, and personnel, in both of non-digital and digital era are provided with the advantages and disadvantages of exhibitions in the museum’s digital age. The cases of museums and exhibitions in digital age from abroad also are explained in regard to the media used for public relations, services, budget, and service staff, and suggestions for Thai museum curators about exhibitions in the digital age are included.
