การพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการความทรงจำ ของมหาวิทยาลัยไทย

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันของการจัดการความทรงจำของมหาวิทยาลัยไทย (2) วิเคราะห์และจำแนกประเภทของความทรงจำ (3) ศึกษากระบวนการจัดการความทรงจำ (4) พัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการความทรงจำของมหาวิทยาลัยไทย การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ มหาวิทยาลัยในประเทศไทยที่มีการจัดการความทรงจำของมหาวิทยาลัยตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด โดยคัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง จำนวน 8 แห่ง เครื่องมือวิจัย คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้ 1) มหาวิทยาลัยไทยที่ศึกษาส่วนใหญ่มีแหล่งจัดการความทรงจำ คือ หอจดหมายเหตุ พิพิธภัณฑ์ และหอประวัติ 2) ประเภทความทรงจำของมหาวิทยาลัยไทยที่ได้จากการวิเคราะห์ สามารถจำแนกตามขอบเขตของเนื้อหา และจำแนกตามรูปลักษณ์ของสื่อบันทึกความทรงจำ 3) กระบวนการจัดการความทรงจำของมหาวิทยาลัยไทยที่ศึกษาทุกแห่งใช้หลักวิชาการจัดการจดหมายเหตุและการจัดการพิพิธภัณฑ์ ซึ่งสามารถแบ่งเป็น 4 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ การจัดหา การจัดเก็บ การดูแลรักษาและการบริการและเผยแพร่สื่อบันทึกความทรงจำของมหาวิทยาลัย และ 4) รูปแบบการจัดการความทรงจำของมหาวิทยาลัยไทยที่พัฒนาขึ้น เพื่อเป็นกรอบในการประยุกต์ใช้จัดการความทรงจำของมหาวิทยาลัยในประเทศไทย ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบหลัก ได้แก่ การจำแนกประเภทความทรงจำของมหาวิทยาลัย กระบวนการจัดการความทรงจำของมหาวิทยาลัย และปัจจัยสำคัญในการจัดการความทรงจำของมหาวิทยาลัยให้ประสบผลสำเร็จ
