การพัฒนานวัตกรรมทางสังคมเพื่อลดความเหลื่อมล้ำของแรงงานนอกระบบภาคเกษตรกรรมที่เป็นผู้สูงอายุในเขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษของสังคมไทย

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยอยู่ 4 ประการ เพื่อทบทวนนวัตกรรมทางสังคม เพื่อพัฒนานวัตกรผู้สูงอายุ นวัตกรที่ทำงานกับผู้สูงอายุด้วยกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วม เพื่อพัฒนาศูนย์นวัตกรรมผู้สูงอายุในพื้นที่เพื่อลดความเหลื่อมล้ำของผู้สูงอายุในพื้นที่เขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษ และสร้างข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบายต่อการพัฒนาศูนย์นวัตกรรมผู้สูงอายุในพื้นที่เขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษให้เกิดความยั่งยืน วิธีการวิจัยใช้การวิจัยและพัฒนา พื้นที่การศึกษามี 2 แห่ง ได้แก่ ตำบลบ้านเก่า อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี และตำบลป่าไร่ อำเภออรัญประเทศ จังหวัดสระแก้ว ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักแบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กลุ่มแรงงานนอกระบบภาคการเกษตรที่เป็นผู้สูงอายุ และผู้บริหารองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นและผู้ปฏิบัติงานด้านผู้สูงอายุ ผลการศึกษา พบปัญหาและทุนทางสังคมในการพัฒนานวัตกรรมทางสังคม และมีกิจกรรมการพัฒนานวัตกรรม นวัตกรผู้สูงอายุ และนวัตกรที่ทำงานกับผู้สูงอายุด้วยกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วม จนสามารถพัฒนาศูนย์นวัตกรรมผู้สูงอายุในพื้นที่เพื่อลดความเหลื่อมล้ำของผู้สูงอายุในพื้นที่เขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษทั้ง 2 แห่ง สำหรับข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบายต่อการพัฒนาศูนย์นวัตกรรมผู้สูงอายุในพื้นที่เขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษให้เกิดความยั่งยืน ได้แก่ การจัดทำแผนพัฒนาเชิงพื้นที่เขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษสำหรับการพัฒนาศูนย์นวัตกรรม การมีส่วนร่วมของหน่วยงานราชการด้านการเกษตร และการยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของกลุ่มแรงงานนอกระบบที่เป็นผู้สูงอายุ
