Quality of Work Life Management among Food Factory Employees in Bang Bua Thong District

Abstract
The purposes of this research were (1 ) to study the quality of life and (2 ) to find the relationship between the management of quality of life and the quality of working life of food
production staff in Bang Bua Thong District. Food in Bang Bua Thong district, 4 0 0 people. The samples were obtained by purposive sampling through questionnaire distribution. By screening
questions to get samples in this research to get the desired sample. The instrument used in the study was a questionnaire. Data analysis statistics by enumerating the frequency and percentage
values Mean and standard deviation Data were analyzed using t - Test, ANOVA statistics and Pearson Correlation Analysis.
The results of the study found that: (1) Quality of work life management of food factory employees in Bang Bua Thong District With an overview of each side at a high level With an
average of 3.83 (2) the quality of life management, safety Society and honor Correlated with the quality of work life of food factory employees in Bang Bua Thong District. (R = .6 4 ) When
considering each aspect of quality of life management, there is a relationship with the quality of working life of staff in Bang Bua Thong District, with the statistical significance of 0.05
