Enhancing The Learning Management Competency in The 21ST Century of Pali Teachers in Prapariyattitham Schools

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the factor of learning competency in 21^st century of the Pali teachers in Prapariyattitham School and to propose the method enhancing of learning competencies in 21^st century of the Pali teachers in Prapariyattitham School. The research uses the purposive sampling from the sample of 279 people divided into school principal, teachers and students from the area of the Sangha Region 14. The research instrument includes interview form, questionnaires for learning competencies in 21^st century of the Pali teachers in Prapariyattitham School and the focus group discussion of 9 Pali learning management experts. The statistical analyses were mean, standard deviation, exploratory factor analysis and content analysis. The results showed that enhancing of learning competencies in 21^st century of the Pali teachers in Prapariyattitham School were composed of 5 factors and 37 key variables.
