Development of Learning Organization Model of Sub-district Administrative Organization in Lat Yao District, Nakhon Sawan Province

Abstract
The objectives of this article were 1) to develop and examine the learning organization model of the Sub-District Administrative Organization in Lat Yao District and 2) to analyze the causal factors affecting the learning organization of the Sub-District Administrative Organization in Lat Yao District, Nakhon Sawan Province. The research model was quantitative research. The sample group for this research was 201 employees working in the Sub-District Administrative Organization in Lat Yao District, Nakhon Sawan Province, which was obtained by opening a ready-made table of Crazy and Morgan by using a random number table with a computer system. The research tools were an online questionnaire. The statistics used in the data analysis were frequency, percentage, and structural equation model. The results of the research were as follows:
1. The development of the learning organization model of the Sub-District Administrative Organization in Lat Yao District, Nakhon Sawan Province consists of 3 aspects: 1) Leadership, 2) Knowledge Management, and 3) Learning Organization. This is consistent with the empirical data, considering the statistical values as follows: χ2 = p>0.5, χ2/df = >2.00, GFI = ≥ 0.95, RMSEA = <0.05 with a predictive coefficient of 0.61, which can explain the variance of organization of learning by 61%.
2. An analysis of the causal factors affecting the organization of learning of the Sub-District Administrative Organization in Lat Yao District, Nakhon Sawan Province, including leadership and knowledge management. Leadership was directly related to knowledge management, and there was an indirect correlation through learning management that was statistically significant at the 0.01 level.
