ตลาดคาร์บอนแบบสมัครใจในชุมชนท้องถิ่น: โอกาส บทบาท และความเชื่อมโยงกับการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืน

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้นำเสนอ LEAF Model ในฐานะกรอบแนวคิดเชิงระบบสำหรับการพัฒนาศักยภาพชุมชนท้องถิ่นเพื่อเข้าสู่ตลาดคาร์บอนแบบสมัครใจ โดยประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบสำคัญ ได้แก่ ประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) Local Empowerment การเสริมพลังและองค์ความรู้ให้ชุมชน 2) Emission Measurement การวัดและรายงานการลดก๊าซเรือนกระจกอย่างมีมาตรฐาน 3) Accreditation & Standardization การเข้าสู่ระบบการรับรองและมาตรฐานที่เชื่อถือได้ และ 4) Fair Carbon Trade การจัดการผลประโยชน์จากคาร์บอนเครดิตอย่างเป็นธรรมและโปร่งใส ทั้งนี้ การบูรณาการ LEAF Model เข้ากับนโยบายและแผนพัฒนาระดับพื้นที่ โดยเฉพาะในชุมชนท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศหรือชุมชนที่มีทุนทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ จะสามารถสนับสนุนการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจสีเขียวที่เชื่อมโยงการลดการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกกับความยั่งยืนของชุมชนท้องถิ่นได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
