Consists of document research in-depth interview To be used according to the research goals which consists of Providing assistance in accessing the justice process for people in the investigation process in Thung Salaeng Luang National Park. Phetchabun Province. Development with a clear pattern for developing assistance to citizens at the inquiry level In order to lead to the operation of helping people in the investigation stage that can produce the desired results. This research study aims to develop assistance in accessing the justice process for people in the investigation process in Thung Salaeng Luang National Park. Phetchabun Province

           As the Ministry of Justice has issued ministerial regulations specifying the criteria, methods and conditions that investigative officials must follow in procuring state-provided lawyers for accused persons in criminal cases, B.E. 2006, the Bureau of Justice Affairs is responsible from the beginning. and later in 2010, the Department of Rights and Liberties Protection Ministry of Justice Has been assigned this mission to continue promoting the rights of accused persons in criminal investigations. both in the central and regional areas In the process of promoting the rights of the accused in the criminal investigation stage according to the Criminal Procedure Code, Section 134/1 In implementing the Ministerial Regulations stipulating the criteria, methods and conditions that investigative officials must follow in procuring state-provided lawyers for accused persons in criminal cases, B.E. 2006, there are agencies jointly responsible for procuring lawyers in the Thung Salaeng Luang National Park area. Phetchabun Province has 3 main agencies, namely the Department of Rights and Liberties Protection. Ministry of Justice Royal Thai Police and the Lawyers Council under Royal Patronage. From the work of the responsible agency in the past Each unit performs different duties. There is no central agency to follow up on the performance of lawyers in the investigation stage. The problem of insufficient number of lawyers performing duties Does not cover area In addition, the performance of duties by lawyers is not in accordance with ministerial regulations. The investigative officer did not hire a lawyer to perform duties in accordance with the accounting order. It may be due to local conditions or urgent needs.

           When considering the problems of past operations Helping people in Thung Salaeng Luang National Park Phetchabun Province, where the accused is currently, does not meet the objectives of the law. Therefore, the responsible agency which consists of Department of Rights and Liberties Protection Ministry of Justice Royal Thai Police and the Lawyers Council under Royal Patronage Therefore, we should jointly promote and integrate the standards of performance of the lawyers attending the investigation for the accused in the Thung Salaeng Luang National Park.
