การศึกษาเปรียบเทียบการใช้ถ้อยคำบรรยายข้อคิดเห็นเชิงอภิวัจนปฏิบัติศาสตร์ ของชาวไทยและชาวญี่ปุ่น

บทคัดย่อ
ในการสื่อสารในชีวิตประจำวัน คนเรามักใช้ภาษาเพื่อกล่าวถึงหรือให้ข้อคิดเห็นต่อภาษาที่เราใช้หรือภาษาที่ ผู้อื่นใช้อยู่บ่อยครั้งเพื่อจัดการการปฏิสัมพันธ์ให้ดำเนินไปได้อย่างราบรื่น การศึกษานี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อเปรียบเทียบถ้อยคำ ที่ใช้ในการบรรยายข้อคิดเห็นดังกล่าว หรือที่เรียกว่า “ถ้อยคำบรรยายข้อคิดเห็นเชิงอภิวัจนปฏิบัติศาสตร์” ในปฏิสัมพันธ์ แบบกลุ่มของชาวไทยและชาวญี่ปุ่น จากการเก็บข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการบันทึกเสียงการสนทนาในการอภิปรายกลุ่ม ผล การศึกษาพบว่า เป้าหมายของผู้บอกภาษาชาวไทยและชาวญี่ปุ่นที่ใช้ถ้อยคำบรรยายข้อคิดเห็นเชิงอภิวัจนปฏิบัติศาสตร์มี 3 ประการหลักๆ ได้แก่ เพื่อประเมินการใช้ภาษา เพื่อควบคุมการดำเนินการสนทนา และเพื่อบรรยายเจตนาของผู้สื่อสาร เป้าหมายเหล่านี้มีความสัมพันธ์กับประเด็นที่ผู้บอกภาษากล่าวบรรยายข้อคิดเห็น 3 ประเด็น คือ ความเหมาะสมของการ ใช้ภาษา กระบวนการการสนทนา และการสื่อเจตนาของผู้สื่อสาร ตามลำดับ ทั้งนี้เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายทั้ง 3 ประการ ข้างต้น ผู้บอกภาษาชาวไทยและชาวญี่ปุ่นใช้ถ้อยคำบรรยายข้อคิดเห็นเชิงอภิวัจนปฏิบัติศาสตร์ในการสื่อสารเจตนาต่างๆ ซึ่งสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงมุมมองด้านการสื่อสารที่แตกต่างกัน ผู้บอกภาษาชาวไทยมักแสดงออกถึงความเป็นกันเองและความ ตรงไปตรงมาในการแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นระหว่างผู้ที่มีความสนิทสนมกัน ในขณะที่ผู้บอกภาษาชาวญี่ปุ่น แม้ผู้ร่วม สนทนาจะมีความสนิทสนมกัน แต่ผู้พูดก็มักยังแสดงออกถึงความลังเลและความไม่หนักแน่น ทั้งการกล่าวถึงความคิดเห็น ของผู้พูดเองและในการให้ข้อคิดเห็นต่อผู้อื่น
