ความแตกต่างของการรายงานคำพูดในข่าวหนังสือพิมพ์และข่าวออนไลน์ในภาษาไทย: กรณีศึกษาข่าวการเมือง

บทคัดย่อ
การรายงานคำพูดหรือการถ่ายทอดคำพูดที่มีผู้กล่าวไว้ก่อนหน้าเป็นองค์ประกอบสำคัญประการหนึ่งในการรายงานข่าว ทั้งนี้ ข่าวที่นำเสนอผ่านช่องทางที่แตกต่างกันอาจมีรูปแบบการรายงานคำพูดที่ต่างกันออกไป ผู้วิจัยจึงสนใจศึกษาประเด็นดังกล่าว โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพิจารณาความแตกต่างของรูปแบบการรายงานคำพูดในข่าวเดียวกันที่นำเสนอผ่านหนังสือพิมพ์และข่าวออนไลน์ และเพื่อศึกษาว่าคำพูดที่นำมารายงานในข่าวนั้นเหมือนหรือแตกต่างจากคำพูดของ ผู้พูดคนแรกมากน้อยเพียงใด ผู้วิจัยเก็บข้อมูลข่าวการเมืองที่มีเนื้อข่าวเดียวกันจาก 3 ช่องทาง ได้แก่ ข่าวในหนังสือพิมพ์ ข่าวออนไลน์ และวิดีโอบทสัมภาษณ์ผู้พูดคนแรก ผลการศึกษาแสดงให้เห็นว่า ผู้รายงานข่าวเลือกใช้ประเภทการรายงานคำพูดทั้งเหมือนและต่างกันในการนำเสนอข่าวเดียวกันผ่านหนังสือพิมพ์และข่าวออนไลน์ตามแต่ดุลยพินิจของตน อย่างไรก็ตาม แม้ผู้รายงานข่าวจะเลือกใช้รูปแบบการรายงานคำพูดประเภทเดียวกัน แต่ก็ปรากฏการใช้รูปภาษาในการถ่ายทอดคำพูดที่แตกต่างกัน ในขณะที่การรายงานคำพูดด้วยวิธีการที่แตกต่างกันย่อมส่งผลให้รายละเอียดข้อมูลที่ถ่ายทอดออกมาต่างกันด้วย ส่วนประเด็นเรื่องความเที่ยงตรงของข้อความที่ถ่ายทอดผ่านการรายงานคำพูดนั้น ผู้วิจัยพบว่าผู้รายงานข่าวเลือกใช้วิธีการรายงานคำพูดทั้งตรงและไม่ตรงตามนิยาม ในบางกรณีผู้รายงานข่าวเลือกใช้คำพูดแบบตรงแต่กลับปรับรูปภาษาของคำพูด ในขณะที่บางกรณีผู้รายงานข่าวใช้คำพูดแบบอ้อมแต่คัดลอกถ้อยคำจากคำพูดต้นฉบับทั้งหมด ประเด็นความแตกต่างทั้งหมดนี้ส่งผลต่อการตีความของผู้อ่านทั้งสิ้น
