บทคัดย่อ
บทความเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำแห่งสันติภาพในบริบทของผู้ดูแลรักษาข้อมูลในยุคการเปลี่ยนผ่านทางดิจิทัล โดยเนื้อหาในบทความประกอบด้วย แนวคิดเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำแห่งสันติภาพภาวะผู้นำกับการสร้างแรงจูงใจในการสร้างนวัตกรรม และตัวอย่างของโครงการของผู้ดูแลรักษาข้อมูลที่นำเทคโนโลยีมาประยุกต์กับการสร้างสันติภาพ
