Abstract

This visual art creation, The Emotional State of Man was aimed to study the emotional state of human’s mind according to the guidelines of Buddhism and to create the paintings by using the expressive face to become a media and symbolic representation of human emotions. The process of this creation started with the gathering information from the field, document information, and influenced by art. Then the data was analyzed and made sketch conduct creative 4 works of painting. The results of creation found that layout of repetitive faces was changed mood in face continuously and back of the face that represents the original mood like the principle of peace, dependent origination and desires. These image orientations changes help solve repetitive problems with more rhythm and movement.
