Communication guidelines of the Emergency Response Center to the elderly in Bangsomboon Subdistrict, Ongkharak District, Nakhon Nayok Province.

This research aims to 1) study the current situation, problems and obstacles in communicating with the emergency rescue center to the elderly in Bang Sombun Sub-district, Ongkharak District, Nakhon Nayok Province, and 2) present the communication guidelines of the emergency rescue center to the elderly in Bang Sombun Sub-district, Ongkharak District, Nakhon Nayok Province using a mixed research methodology. The research instruments are in-depth interviews, group interviews and questionnaires (Google Form). The population is the elderly in Bang Sombun Sub-district, with a sample size of 100 people and 15 key informants. The results are analyzed and presented using descriptive statistics.
The research results found that 1) the current situation, problems and obstacles of the elderly in participating in the elderly school project. The context of Bang Sombun Sub-district is located in an area bordering 3 provinces. There are problems in providing assistance from the emergency rescue center, which is slow, and there is confusion in dividing the work areas of other units. Having its own emergency rescue center is the best solution. It also knows the information in the area very well and understands the context of the area. In addition, all relevant sectors do not understand the communication process that can be communicated to the elderly because the context is different from the general public. 2) the approach to solving the problem of the elderly not participating in the Bang Sombun Sub-district Elderly School activities 2.1. Applying technology that is a Digital Marketing style, focusing on the Search engine system. 2.2. Understanding and reaching out to the elderly group with communication limitations by separating groups and providing assistance methods. 2.3. Creating awareness and understanding for those involved.
