Abstract

This research Articel aimed to study (1) evaluate the integrated economic and social development project at the sub-district level (U2T) in the Nong Pling sub-district, Mueang Nakhon Sawan District, Nakhon Sawan Province; (2) study the problems and obstacles in project implementation; and (3) propose solutions to these problems and obstacles. This research is a qualitative study that selected key informants specifically from 10 participants in the project. Data was collected through structured interviews and analyzed using Content Analysis.

            The research results were found as follows; 1) ................... The integrated economic and social development project at the sub-district level (U2T) in the Nong Pling sub-district has improved the community's economy, promoted the creation of new occupations, and produced quality community products. In terms of input factors, there is clarity in the target group and activities, allowing farmers to enhance their production and access distribution channels. The process involved effective selection of project participants and integration with relevant agencies. Regarding outcomes, participants gained knowledge, abilities, and skills to transfer knowledge. 2)The problems and obstacles in implementing the integrated economic and social development project (U2T) in the Nong Pling sub-district include delays in budget disbursement for materials, equipment, and wages, along with errors that need repeated corrections. 3) ................... Factors contributing to the success of the integrated economic and social development project (U2T) in the Nong Pling sub-district include community cooperation and staff involvement, conducting activities according to objectives, and support from relevant agencies. The disbursement process should be simplified, and continuous activities should be organized to ensure sustainability in the community.
