Public Service Management is activities concerning public advantage which is operated by public organization in public law or private sector that government must use some regulators and under the special system. The Public Service Management is divide for three types; Government, Industrial and Commercial, and Society and Culture. However, to apply Political Utilities by between the voting decision and public service management, the public sectors and the representative candidates must do understand and realize intensely were as following; political process, spatial context, individuality and social human nature, reason of human decision, political decision making, and relationship between political utility and voting decision.
