Abstract

      The objectives of this research were 1) to study the size of the local administration organization and the public service, and (2) to present the size Forms and guidelines of local administration organizations that are suitable for the provision of public services under the authority. This is a qualitative research. Study from concept Theories and related research Study of documents and in-depth interviews with key informants

            The study indicated that Large local administration organizations can provide a comprehensive public service in their respective fields and in all areas. Unlike a small local administration organization. The lack of balance between the resources and public services received. And for the medium-sized local administration as a whole, there was no problem with the provision of public services.

For sizes, models and guidelines of local administration organizations that are appropriate for the provision of public services by authority, large local administration organizations are the most capable of providing public services. But it is necessary to provide public services and administration in urban form. Local administration organizations are medium size, so they still have capacity to support public services. In the case of a small local administration organization, the size of the imbalance with most public services has been maximized. Modifications need to be made to reduce the restrictions and increase the capacity to provide public services.
