The Impact of Digital Transformation on Local Administrative Organizations’ Public Service Development

The Royal Thai Government has mobilized government agencies to become digital organizations in order to improve their efficiency and effectiveness. This research aimed to study digital transformation and its impact on local administrativeorganizations’ public service development. The population was local administrative organizations in Thailand. Two hundred fifty samples were determined by Stevens’s criteria and selected by stratified random sampling. A questionnaire was used as an instrument to collect data. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling analysis. The research results found that local administrative organizations’digitaltransformation had the total mean being at a high level,and positively impactingtheir public service development with statistical significance at .01 level.
