ความเชื่อมั่นของประชาชนต่อการบริหารงาน ตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี

การปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นช่วยให้ประชาชนมีโอกาสเข้าถึงบริการสาธารณะที่มีคุณภาพสามารถช่วยลด
ความไม่เท่าเทียมในสังคม องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น (อปท.) จึงควรดำเนินการโดยยึดหลักการปกครองที่ดี การวิจัยนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของประชาชนในการบริหารจัดการตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล และเพื่อศึกษาความมั่นใจของประชาชนในการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี การวิจัยนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน โดยการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณใช้การสำรวจด้วยแบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 370 คน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยเทคนิคทางสถิติ ส่วนการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพใช้การสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ 27 คน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการพรรณนาเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณได้แสดงให้เห็นถึงระดับความคิดเห็นของการบริหารจัดการตามหลักการของการปกครองที่ดีในทั้งหมดมีอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ในขณะเดียวกัน ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า ประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่ที่ต่างกันความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของ อปท. แตกต่างกัน ผลการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพได้เสนอให้เห็นถึงความมั่นใจของประชาชนในการบริหารจัดการตามหลักการของการปกครองที่ดีในทุก ๆ ด้าน ผลการศึกษาสามารถนำไปปรับปรุงกระบวนการการเผยแพร่ข้อมูลและสื่อสารกับประชาชนเพื่อช่วยเพิ่มความเชื่อมั่นของประชาชนในการปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นได้
