การจัดการขยะอันตรายโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนของตำบลบางแก้ว จังหวัดระนอง

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจและสร้างความร่วมมือการจัดการขยะอันตราย ในตำบลบางแก้ว อำเภอละอุ่น จังหวัดระนอง ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม โดยมีกลุ่มเป้าหมาย จำนวน 90 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้นำในชุมชน จำนวน 10 คน ประชาชนทั่วไป จำนวน 20 คน และนักเรียนของโรงเรียนในพื้นที่ตำบลบางแก้ว จำนวน 60 คน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ประชาชนในตำบล บางแก้วมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการจัดการขยะอันตรายมากขึ้น ให้ความร่วมมือในการจัดการขยะอันตรายมากขึ้น ทำให้ขยะอันตรายเข้าสู่กระบวนการจัดการอย่างถูกวิธีเพิ่มขึ้น และมีการจัดตั้งศูนย์เรียนรู้การจัดการขยะอันตรายภายในชุมชนขึ้น การวิจัยนี้ทำให้ตำบลบางแก้วมีระบบการจัดการขยะอันตราย ที่เกิดจากความร่วมมือของทุกภาคส่วน มีการกำหนดวัน เวลาของการจัดเก็บขยะอันตรายจากชุมชนเพื่อส่งต่อไปยังองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดระนอง กระบวนการดังกล่าวทำให้องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบางแก้ว ในฐานะหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบหลัก สามารถนำขยะอันตรายเข้าสู่กระบวนการจัดการที่เหมาะสมได้มากขึ้น และเป็นกระบวนการที่ยั่งยืนเพราะเป็นการทำงานร่วมกันระหว่างหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบหลัก ผู้นำชุมชน และประชาชนทั่วไป ซึ่งสามารถเป็นต้นแบบให้กับพื้นที่อื่นได้
