บทคัดย่อ

บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอผลสำรวจความพึงพอใจและความเชื่อมั่นของประชาชนต่อการจัดการปัญหายาเสพติดในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร รวมทั้งความหวาดกลัวของประชาชนต่อปัญหายาเสพติดในพื้นที่ โดยใช้การสำรวจข้อมูลโดยแบบสอบถาม จากประขาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 2,711 คน ครอบคลุมพื้นที่ 6 กลุ่มเขตของกรุงเทพมหานคร ทั้งในพื้นที่และนอกพื้นที่ชุมชน ผลการสำรวจพบว่า ระดับความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อการจัดการปัญหายาเสพติดในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานครในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยมีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย 3.22 คะแนนจากคะแนนเต็ม 5 ซึ่งต่ำกว่าค่าเป้าหมายที่กำหนดไว้ที่ 3.25 คะแนน แปลว่าไม่บรรลุผล และเมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า มีความพึงพอใจในระดับปานกลางทุกด้าน อีกทั้งระดับความเชื่อมั่นของประชาชนต่อการจัดการปัญหายาเสพติดในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานครในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลางเช่นกัน โดยมีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย 3.10 คะแนนจากคะแนนเต็ม 5 ซึ่งต่ำกว่าค่าเป้าหมายที่กำหนดไว้ที่ 3.25 คะแนน แปลว่าไม่บรรลุผล ในขณะที่ระดับความหวาดกลัวต่อปัญหายาเสพติดในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานครในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยมีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย 3.04 คะแนนจากคะแนนเต็ม 5 ซึ่งต่ำกว่าค่าเป้าหมายที่กำหนดไว้ที่ 3.75 คะแนน แปลว่าบรรลุผล ทั้งนี้ ผลการสำรวจความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อปัญหายาเสพติดในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร ทั้ง 3 ประเด็น สะท้อนให้เห็นว่า ประชาชนส่วนใหญ่ไม่มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวข้องกับปัญหายาเสพติดโดยตรงมากนัก แต่มีความกังวลว่าตนเองอาจได้รับความเสียหายหรือผลกระทบเชิงลบจากปัญหายาเสพติดได้ เนื่องจากเห็นข่าวอันตรายจากปัญหายาเสพติดทั่วไปที่เกิดขึ้นในสังคมปัจจุบันเป็นหลัก และประชาชนมีความคาดหวังต่อหน่วยงานภาครัฐเป็นผู้มีบทบาทหลักในการเข้ามาจัดการปัญหายาเสพติดในพื้นที่ค่อนข้างมาก
