A Local Network Development Using Community Capital for Supporting Potential of Small-sized School in Phitsanulok

This research objective aimed to strengthen supporting the learning management of small-sized schools under Phitsanulok Province by different needs and using the potential of major’s lecturer in Faculty of Education. The pattern of local network development using local funds the capacity supporting of small schools and provide analyzed policy agenda to develop its. The target participants included parents of 1-3 years old children’s, teachers and administrators from 19 schools, and administrators in the Army Area 3. The target participants were selected by purposive sampling. Research Instruments consisted of small schools assessment form for teacher development and group discussion recording and have gotten the CVI index between 0.80 - 1.00. The results of the research revealed that the development meet the needs of small-sized schools and get the average from high to highest level. The Model of the Demonstration School Network consisted of elements that reflect the horizontal relationship between target groups and other sectors. Policy Recommendations to the National Reform Commission, regarding the promotion of continuing the internship for professional teaching experiences in small-sized schools and develop its directly.
