Trade Finance Consulting Development of Thai Commercial Bank

Abstract

The objectives of this research were (i) to study supporting factors for Trade Finance consulting of Thai commercial bank, and (ii) to develop Trade finance consulting of Thai commercial bank. The research is applied from theory based on Banking theory, Service theory, and Consulting theory claims that concept of Trade Finance consulting development of Thai commercial bank. The data set of 11 observations is observed by in-depth interview model in Bangkok. The observations are commercial banks. The results showed that factors supporting Trade Finance consulting of Thai commercial bank such as Trade Finance knowledge and understanding, Trade Finance skills and expertise, Trade Finance experience and circumstances, and counseling service provider personality. These factors will be behavior of Trade finance consulting of Thai commercial bank providing quality service, customer satisfaction, and continuous skills improvement, include development with internet-banking technology for service and consulting instrument.
