Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1) to investigate the level of knowledge, attitude and food sanitation behavior; 2) to examine the relationship among knowledge, attitude and food sanitation behavior of 360 chefs in the preschool child development centers at Bangkok. Findings were as follows: 1) Most of the chefs had low knowledge of food sanitation, attitude and food sanitation behavior were at a medium level. 2) knowledge, attitude and food sanitation behavior were positively correlated, statistically significant at the 0.001 level. The research suggests that the results from this study should approach to the development of promote knowledge, attitude and food sanitation behavior of chefs  in   the preschool child development centers at Bangkok.
