Abstract

The purposes of this research are to survey the current state of instructional management and to give suggestions in improving the instructional management in teaching English subjects, English program, the Faculty of Education, Rajabhat Rajanagarindra. The subjects of this study are 118 English major students, academic year 2018.  The research instrument is a questionnaire of the instructional management in teaching English subjects which is divided into six aspects. The statistics used in this research is comprised of frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation. The research findings were as follows: The overview opinions on the current state of the instructional management revealed high opinions in all aspects of study. Five aspects were rated at a high level, and one aspect was rated at a low level. Overall, the subjects rated evaluation and assessment at the highest level and facilities support services were rated at the low level.
