Digital Leadership of School Administrator Affecting Teacher Competency for 21 Century Under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 23

The objectives of this research were to 1) Study of the digital leadership of school administrators 2) Study of teacher competency for 21 Century and 3) Study the digital leadership of school administrators affecting teacher competency for 21 Century under The Secondary Education Service Area Office 23. The samples consisted of administrators and teachers a total of 347 samples. Study tool was a questionnaire. Data was analyzed by using a computer program for calculating the frequency, mean, standard deviation, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, enter multiple regression analysis and for the stepwise multiple regression analysis method. The results showed that digital leadership of school administrators, overview at high level with averages of = 4.21, S.D. = 0.72 and teacher competency for 21 Century, overview at high level with averages of = 4.24, S.D. = 0.65, were found correlated as a whole with a high level at 0.05 level of significant. The multiple correlation coefficient (r = 0.757) could predict at 57.4 percent (R2 = 0.574, p-value < .05)
