ภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 23

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 และ 3) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 23 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 347 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป เพื่อหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบปกติ และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.21, S.D. = 0.72) และสมรรถนะครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.24, S.D. = 0.65) โดยภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์พหุคูณ (r = 0.757) สามารถพยากรณ์ได้ ร้อยละ 57.4 (R2 = 0.574, p-value < .05)
